About Miss Orem's Teen
Hope Ledkins
Hope is a bubbly, chatty, go-lucky girl who is anxious to give back to her community. She hopes to one day become a news broadcaster after she has completed her dream of being a professional ballerina. Hope can talk to anyone, she is incredibly friendly and a joy to be around. She is anxious to ensure all around her feel happy and safe. Wish Hope luck as she prepares to compete at Miss Utah's Outstanding Teen 2023 this February 17th - 18th!
Service Initiative
Hope's service initiative, which she pursues throughout her year of service as Miss Orem's Teen, is titled, "Stand Up, Speak Out." She encourages youth throughout Orem and Utah County to speak up when they see or experience something difficult and to stand up for what is right. She is working with Alpine School District to show her research to teachers in every school in the county.
Talent
Hope has studied ballet since she could walk and is currently on track to study as a professional ballerina. She recently played the roll of Clara in the Nutcracker and has aspirations to be the prima ballerina for Ballet West.
