About Miss Orem
Natalie Green
Natalie is 22 year old life enthusiast. She is a UVU student who is also a recruiter for a local solar company. Natalie graduated from Orem high school in 2020 and was born and raised right here in Orem. She grew up involved in the performing arts and had a brief stint with track and field as well. She has a passion for people and living life to the fullest. She is studying to be a nutritionist hoping to help those recovering from health difficulties and improving performance with athletes. She also continues to grow and develop her skills in the performing arts. She served a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in NYC and speaks Haitian Creole. Her time in New York left her with a passion for people, travel, and Christ. She continues to go on adventures, travel, and serve those in her community.

Talent
Natalie is has been performing on stage basically her whole life. She has always loved dancing and singing and in high school gained a true passion for acting as well. She believes that the arts are a beautiful for of expression and connection. She especially loves comedy, after all laughter is the best medicine! She uses her talents to connect with others and bring a bit of joy and compassion to a situation as well.
Fitness
For Natalie fitness is about nourishing your mind, body and soul; to show gratitude for our bodies and our lives. She takes care of her body by running, yoga, going to the gym, dancing, and trying her best for proper nutrition. She practices mindfulness and loves being with those she loves to nourish her soul.
Community Service Initiative (CSI)
I love people!! Originally my initiative was about connection and the healing power it has. After further involvement with my community and university I realized that there was a great need for healing for survivors of sexual assault. There is a huge focus on justice for victims which is incredible but what is just as important is the healing that is needed afterwards. There are so many incredible resources for healing in the community and I want to make them know. To let the woman, men, and children that are survivors know that they can be whole again. There is hope and there is healing. I wear this blue ribbon to spread awareness and make it known that I am a safe space. To advocate for those that can’t do it all alone. To be a voice of hope. So everyone can know, YOU CAN BE WHOLE AGAIN!

My goal as Miss Orem 2023 is to love and connect with everyone I can and to help survivors heal and know that they are not alone.
